This legal notice regulates the use of the Joseph Realty website

Any person who accesses this website assumes the role of user (hereinafter, the "User"), committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions set forth herein. Dispute Resolution. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms of Use, as well as the use of the Website, will be governed by Spanish law. The resolution of any dispute between the parties will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the Website Manager.

In the event that any of the provisions of these Terms of Use are found to be unenforceable or void under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, the unenforceability or invalidity shall not render such Terms of Use unenforceable or void as a whole. In this way, the relevant stipulation will be modified or, where appropriate, replaced by another that is valid and enforceable, so that the objective and intention reflected in the original stipulation can be maintained.

In such cases, the owner will proceed to modify or replace said stipulation with another that is valid and enforceable and that, as far as possible, achieves the objective and intention reflected in the original stipulation.
